Pakistan Citizen Portal App has been shortlisted for an award at the World Government Summit in Dubai, an official of the KP government said on Twitter.
Akif Khan, Deputy Director of E-Governance, Government of Khyber Paktunkhwa, said that the finalists will be announced in the 7th edition of the three-day event in Dubai.He also claimed that it is for the first that any government app has been shortlisted.
Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizen’s grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels

In October last year, Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurated the Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP)— set up at the Prime Minister Office with an aim to “timely address the problems of the people and get their feedback”.
On December 31, the premier announced that the government had resolved over 100,000 complaints through the Pakistan Citizen Portal App.
